Share certificate being an instrument requires stamping as per the Indian Stamp Act. Stamp duty on share certificate is a state matter and delay in payment of stamp duty attracts penalty. Get order copy along with Challan from the office of Collector of Stamps.

5. Making e-payment

Making e-payment of stamp duty and collecting stamp paper from the Bank and submitting the same to the Department.

6. Getting certificate

Getting certificate as proof of payment of stamp duty from the department.
