Change In Main Object Clause
Memorandum of Association(MOA) of the company depicts its area of operation and functions. A company can only carry out the activities as set out in MOA. Any change in the objects of the company shall require alteration of the MOA by approval of shareholder in general meeting and giving Intimation to Registrar of Companies.
Process
Pass resolution for change in object clause subject to approval of shareholders.
Hold general meeting and take approval of shareholders and file the specified form within the prescribed time limit.
Preparation of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
File form MGT 14 within 30 days of passing resolution.
Timeline
